Serve as the primary analytical reviewer and program manager for deal workstreams: validate due diligence data, manage transaction materials and dataroom, and reconcile and stress-test monthly management accounts across revenue, credit, and interest costs including covenant headroom. Work closely with finance, operations, and senior stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end underwriting for property-secured SME and individual loans, ensure OJK-compliant borrower assessment and documentation, approve complex/high-value transactions, manage and develop a credit team, set SLA-driven workflows and quality controls, coordinate with appraisal, legal, operations and sales, serve on Credit Committee, monitor portfolio risk and early-warning signals, and maintain audit-ready records.

The Risk Strategy Analyst will support data analysis to identify portfolio trends and risks, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for data accuracy.
