Design, test, and review mechanical products using CAD/CAE tools; support product development, prototyping, fabrication, and drawing releases. Work with cross-functional teams, interact with sales, and travel to customers/vendors as needed.

Lead agile delivery for IT projects—primarily BI development and Salesforce deployments—by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams, aligning cross-functional dependencies (infrastructure, ERP, BI), and maintaining reporting and governance (dashboards, metrics, documentation) to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and formal quote packages from RFQs, drawings, BOMs, and specs. Analyze material, labor, tooling, overhead, and logistics costs; collaborate with design, manufacturing, and purchasing to improve manufacturability and margins; maintain historical cost data and templates; evaluate cost impacts of engineering changes; ensure quotes meet pricing strategies and profitability goals.

Design, validate, and industrialize electronics for wireless control products, collaborating with various teams and preparing documentation for compliance.

Lead customer-facing programs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and commercial teams. Develop program roadmaps, manage schedules, budgets, risks, change control and series production activities to deliver products on time and within cost while driving profitability and continuous improvement.
