Position Summary:
The Global Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across all regions. This role will oversee global base pay structures, incentive programs, and equity/stock plan administration, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, and compliance with local regulations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage global compensation frameworks, salary structures, and pay guidelines.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation programs support talent strategies and organizational goals.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to maintain competitive positioning.
- Design and administer short- and long-term incentive plans.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance, market trends, and budget considerations
- Oversee global equity programs, including stock option grants, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance-based awards.
- Manage relationships with external equity plan administrators and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Coordinate grant cycles, vesting schedules, and participant communications
- Ensure compliance with tax, securities, and reporting requirements in all jurisdictions
- Ensure all compensation programs comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Prepare reports and analyses for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation-related matters.
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams and managers on pay practices and equity programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CCP certification preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in global compensation, including equity/stock plan administration.
- Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, market analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with HRIS and equity administration platforms. Workday and Morgan Stanley Shareworks strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with a global mindset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage complex projects across multiple time zones.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
