Provide outpatient rheumatology care in an established practice at Mercy Fort Smith. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating rheumatologic conditions, collaborating with primary care and specialty referral networks, using EPIC with DAX Copilot, and potentially teaching medical residents and students. The role is full-time with a 4.5-day work week and includes participation in a physician-led, quality-focused health system.

Provides nursing care to assigned PACU patients using the nursing process, evaluates care delivered by other caregivers, coordinates services across departments, and protects patient rights and confidentiality. Requires an active RN license, nursing education, and BLS certification. ICU, ED, or PACU experience is preferred. Additional unit-specific certifications may be required.

Provides laboratory support through specimen collection, processing, transport, referral, report handling, data and scheduling functions. Ensures accurate, timely service while following laboratory policies, HIPAA confidentiality requirements, safety procedures and Mercy standards. Requires completion of departmental competency checklists and observation by laboratory management. The role is full-time weekend work in Fort Smith.

Supervises daily imaging procedure operations across hospital and outpatient facilities, oversees imaging personnel, provides performance feedback, supports clinical coverage, and travels to off-site imaging centers as needed.

Coordinates specialty pharmacy patient accounts, including insurance and benefit verification, denials and collections, copay and foundation assistance enrollment, claims billing, and regulatory monitoring. Provides clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting, including medication order review, therapy optimization, drug information, medication counseling, adverse event monitoring, and interdisciplinary patient care. Supports pharmacy operations, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and education of clinical staff, students, and residents. Requires an accredited pharmacy degree and active pharmacist license. Hospital pharmacy experience, PGY-1 residency, and familiarity with Epic and pharmacy automation systems are preferred.
