Requires a bachelor’s degree in an accredited exercise physiology program and CPR certification. ACLS certification is required within one year. Hospital exercise physiology experience, an internship, a master’s degree, and ACSM certification are preferred.

Leads Mercy’s healthcare planning and design direction, ensuring brand and strategic objectives are reflected across facility projects. Collaborates with planning, design, construction, clinical, service-line, and strategic partner teams on budgets, schedules, design guidelines, operational models, workflow efficiency, technology adoption, and implementation. Develops standardized planning and design models, facilitates leadership alignment, supports team development, and advances future healthcare facility concepts.

Coordinates electrophysiology procedures, patient scheduling, follow-up, billing compliance, inventory, equipment maintenance, workflow, quality initiatives, and staff training.
