Lead business development and sales efforts across assigned geographic areas and service lines to drive measurable growth. Requires strong accounting knowledge, GAAP expertise, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Senior Consultant, Decision Support analyzes financial performance, identifies margin improvement opportunities, develops comparative methodologies and monitoring tools, and recommends actionable strategies. The role partners with CFOs and operational leaders to investigate root causes, support decision-making, monitor progress, and sustain improvements across the healthcare ministry.

Leads the architecture, implementation, administration, monitoring, security, and support of enterprise NetApp storage across on-premises and cloud environments. Manages backup and recovery, performance tuning, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and integrations with applications and databases. Provides 24/7 operational support and collaborates with infrastructure, security, cloud, and database teams to deliver reliable storage platforms.

Plans, designs, acquires, implements, and maintains Mercy’s voice and data network infrastructure. Evaluates business requirements, develops networking solutions, manages project planning and cost analysis, compares vendors, and ensures network availability, recoverability, performance, and integrity. Troubleshoots complex Cisco ACI issues, supports network automation and telemetry, manages lifecycle activities, and collaborates with IT teams in a high-availability healthcare environment.

Leads application development across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, debugging, testing, data warehouse development, system implementation, documentation, and user training. Analyzes complex business problems and develops cost-effective automated solutions. Requires expertise in Cogito, Caboodle, data modeling, SQL-based data analysis, code management, and agile methodologies, with preferred Epic HB/BP experience and Clarity certification.

Leads regional and local marketing strategy, community engagement, strategic campaigns, events, and outreach for Mercy. Partners with healthcare leaders and community stakeholders to drive patient growth, retention, brand awareness, and reputation. Oversees regional client relationships, coordinates priorities, manages change, and analyzes marketing performance and ROI to optimize results.

Analyzes business requirements, processes, and workflows to define technology solutions. Performs functional analysis, application configuration, prototyping, specifications, data mapping, testing, security setup, documentation, interface design, migration, and reconciliation. Identifies and resolves process gaps, supports system modifications, and develops light-programming workarounds. The role may lead complex projects, manage vendors and stakeholders, and design UKG integrations using Boomi.

Analyzes financial performance and identifies margin improvement opportunities for Mercy. Develops comparative methodologies and standardized monitoring tools, investigates root causes with operational leaders, recommends actions, and tracks progress. The role requires translating complex financial data into actionable insights and collaborating with community leadership and non-financial stakeholders.

Uses supply chain software to order, stock, distribute, receive, and manage supplies and linen across multiple hospital locations. Maintains PAR inventories and ensures adequate stock and timely delivery. Mentors and trains new coworkers and serves as a liaison between supply chain, clinical departments, specialty areas, and leaders.

Coordinates centralized clinical education services across assigned communities, including orientation, competency programs, in-service training, and continuing education. Develops and implements curriculum, trains and mentors clinical staff, supports the Clinic Academy, aligns training with operational goals, and helps maintain related policies and procedures. May provide operational clinic support and cover peer coordinators when needed. Travel within the community and occasional neighboring communities is required.

Supports the President, CNO, CMO, and COO by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, reports, board meeting agendas and minutes, administrative functions, and special projects. Requires discretion with confidential information, strong organization, communication, independent judgment, and professionalism.
