Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of accounting, finance, or related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision while effectively meeting job requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives and board-level leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including financial statement preparation and disclosure requirements.
  • Ability to manage and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and organizational information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Healthcare financial reporting experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
