The Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing regional and local marketing plans that drive patient growth, retention, and community engagement. Serving as the primary marketing partner for assigned communities, this role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders while driving marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
Qualifications:
Required
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications or similar area of study.
- Required Experience: Three (3) years' experience required.
- Other Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
• Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and use in decision-making.
• Knowledge of financial, accounting, and budgeting activities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred
- Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience influencing outcomes and building consensus without direct supervisory authority.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Workfront or similar systems.
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting community engagement initiatives, sponsorships, events, or operational partnerships.
Work Environment
- Hybrid position with an expectation of working onsite in Northwest Arkansas 2-3 days per week.
- Preference for candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Northwest Arkansas.
- Regular travel within assigned communities to support meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
