Serves as the primary liaison between business customers and IT, translating business objectives and processes into technology requirements. Facilitates requirements gathering, prioritization, vendor and solution selection, project initiation, business case development, ROI analysis, project portfolio management, and capital budgeting. Coordinates with functional managers on technology design, equipment procurement, logistics, and installation for organizational moves, construction, and acquisitions.

Manage claims and litigation matters from opening through closure, maintaining accurate records, deadlines, documentation, and financial activity. Track matters, coordinate with attorneys and stakeholders, support insurance reporting and audits, and prepare dashboards and analyses for leadership. Improve legal operations through standardized workflows, technology, automation, AI tools, templates, prompts, and guides. No prior legal experience is required; the role emphasizes analytical ability, communication, technical aptitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Manages clinical and non-clinical equipment for capital projects across multiple healthcare locations. Coordinates project planning, budgeting, procurement, equipment integration, quality standards, cost optimization, and Ministry goals. Provides expertise across complex, concurrent projects, negotiates with stakeholders, supports financial analysis, and collaborates with clinical and management teams. Occasional travel of less than 20% is required.
