Analyze financial data, enter and review records in AAMC and Mercer SIS, interpret federal aid rules, and report to the Director of Financial Planning while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Provide frontline financial aid advising and support: assist students/parents with FAFSA/GSFAPP and documentation, enter and manage student records, coordinate outreach, workshops, orientations, and collaborate across departments to support the financial aid process and student enrollment.

Serve as campus leadership for Mercer School of Medicine in Valdosta, managing faculty, curriculum, accreditation, and faculty development across three campuses. Provide strategic leadership, mentor faculty and staff, support LCME accreditation and continuous quality improvement, collaborate university-wide, and promote diversity, inclusion, and the medical school's mission to serve rural and underserved communities.
