Lead and manage the Aircraft Directorate's engineering teams, oversee contract execution and budgets, drive business development, mentor technical staff, ensure compliance with MERC processes, and support proposal and program management activities.

Support and perform cybersecurity operations including vulnerability assessments, compliance audits, threat/risk analysis, incident response, STIG application, security certification/accreditation support, and development of software-based remediations. Participate in security documentation, system security plans, testing, and customer technical interchange meetings while ensuring adherence to government policies and MERC procedures.

Lead and oversee all software engineering efforts for contracts including design, development, prototyping, production, operations, and technical mentorship. Manage budgets, proposals, customer interface, and cross-discipline teams while ensuring quality, reporting, and bringing concepts to working models.
