Provides strategic leadership for university infrastructure and security operations, supervising network, server, systems, and field support teams. Oversees infrastructure modernization, security governance, vendor relationships, budgets, and technical projects while providing hands-on backup support for network troubleshooting, Active Directory, identity and access management, telephony, server operations, and workstation deployment. Ensures operational continuity and compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Provides administrative support for the English and International/Global Studies departments. Responsibilities include reception, telephone and email communications, supply purchasing, work-study student supervision, budget monitoring, correspondence, spreadsheet preparation, scheduling rooms and events, student information support, and financial reporting using university systems.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate industrial engineering courses, conducting scholarship, developing curriculum in optimization and emerging technologies, mentoring students, participating in university service, and supporting applied research and professional development. The role requires teaching in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats and contributing to a collaborative academic environment.
