Lead NaviHealth.ai’s product vision, roadmap, operations, quality assurance, and cross-functional execution. Responsibilities include improving provider directory accuracy and usability, coordinating product and engineering releases, managing data validation and support teams, overseeing project plans and documentation, supporting users and stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering analytics, dashboards, and leadership reports. The role requires data-driven product leadership within a digital health environment.

Supports the Co-Founders by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing itineraries, reconciling expenses, submitting timesheets and reports, screening communications, and maintaining confidential records. The role also coordinates executive and board meetings, tracks priorities and action items, assists with special projects, and collaborates with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure efficient administrative operations.

Leads growth strategy, market expansion, customer acquisition, revenue development, and strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. Owns partnership pipelines from prospecting through negotiation and closure, collaborates with product and clinical teams on market fit, and represents the company externally. Builds and manages a high-performing team, establishes KPIs, oversees budgets, reports growth and partnership performance to executive leadership and the board, and contributes to long-term corporate strategy.

Provides strategic leadership over legal affairs, corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and enterprise risk management. Advises executives, liaises with regulators and external counsel, conducts compliance audits, oversees risk mitigation, approves policies and initiatives, and develops a strong organization-wide compliance culture.

Promote digital healthcare products and subscription plans to members, healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and organizations. Generate and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, manage the full sales cycle, meet sales targets, maintain CRM records, and build long-term client relationships. Provide after-sales support, gather feedback, report pipeline performance, monitor competitors, and collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve adoption and engagement.

Leads strategic communications, branding, and marketing initiatives to strengthen the organization’s digital healthcare position. Oversees internal and external messaging, digital marketing, social media, public relations, stakeholder relationships, budgets, analytics, executive communications, and campaign performance. Collaborates cross-functionally, represents the organization at events, and mentors the Communications & Marketing team while advancing brand visibility and healthcare-impact objectives.

Provides Tier 1 IT support, manages laptops and mobile devices through MDM platforms, deploys software and updates, tracks IT assets, monitors systems, maintains endpoint security, supports privacy compliance, responds to incidents, onboards users, documents configurations, and prepares operational reports. The role also assists with technology procurement and vendor evaluation.
