Owns and grows assigned customer accounts by developing new business, penetrating existing accounts, resolving commercial issues, planning key accounts, engaging company resources, implementing best practices, and participating in product training and procedural improvements.

Manage customer orders, pricing, delivery, and supplier sourcing; coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely billing, inventory, and shipment; provide product/technical support, track orders, and identify upsell opportunities.

Identify and develop new customer accounts and expand existing relationships through calls, account planning, pricing negotiations, E-Store setup, and cross-selling. Coordinate with sales, marketing and engineering resources, respond to customer inquiries on product, price and delivery, and support regional quality and training initiatives to grow revenue and margin.

Serve as primary internal contact for customers and outside sales. Manage orders, pricing, deliveries, vendor sourcing for non-stock items, project orders, and resolve order issues. Provide product/technical support, track orders, coordinate with operations/finance/purchasing, and identify upsell opportunities to meet customer needs and ensure timely billing and delivery.

Prepare and price project quotes for PVF (pipes, valves, fittings) projects by sourcing to customer specs, building vendor relationships, prospecting accounts, and meeting sales and profitability targets while ensuring quoted compliance with customer requirements.

Support month-end close by preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts and bank accounts, and managing fixed assets. Prepare multi-state sales and use tax returns, assist with external audits and government reporting, make deposits, and research tax/compliance issues. Maintain internal controls, ensure GAAP compliance, and complete special projects as assigned while collaborating across departments.

Supervise regional Customer Alliance Program operations, coach and evaluate team members, support account management and CAP sales, manage account setup and inventory performance, visit customer sites, and improve CAP processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and operational quality.

Provide front-desk and administrative support including mail distribution, phone handling, visitor greeting, ordering supplies and business materials, scheduling meetings, assisting with events, maintaining directories, documenting attendance, and supporting office procedures and regional quality initiatives.

Act as primary internal contact for customers, managing orders, pricing, shipments, and non-conformances. Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, operations, finance and sales to ensure product availability, timely delivery, billing accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Provide product/technical support, track and expedite orders, oversee large projects, and identify upsell opportunities while supporting quality and safety initiatives.

Maintain and load customer pricing matrices and vendor contract terms, analyze special pricing agreements, submit and reconcile high-volume vendor rebate claims, resolve pricing/rebate discrepancies, provide monthly rebate reconciliation to Finance, and update departmental procedures.

Supervise and develop the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. Oversee invoice coding, check runs, ACH/wire payments, vendor reconciliations, month‑end/year‑end AP close, audits, and vendor master file maintenance. Collaborate with Purchasing/Receiving, manage escalations, support AP system upgrades and automation, and produce management reports to improve efficiency and internal controls.

Process vendor invoices and payments using Medius, reconcile vendor statements and credit memos, resolve billing/receiving discrepancies, prepare checks, bill freight, support AP leadership, and maintain procedures.

Serve as primary internal contact for external customers and sales staff.
