Serve as primary internal contact for customers and outside sales. Manage orders, pricing, deliveries, vendor sourcing for non-stock items, project orders, and resolve order issues. Provide product/technical support, track orders, coordinate with operations/finance/purchasing, and identify upsell opportunities to meet customer needs and ensure timely billing and delivery.

Support contractor and commercial customers by preparing quotes, managing orders, coordinating deliveries, sourcing non-stock items, expediting shipments, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely project completion and recommend appropriate electrical products.

Prepare and price project quotes for PVF (pipes, valves, fittings) projects by sourcing to customer specs, building vendor relationships, prospecting accounts, and meeting sales and profitability targets while ensuring quoted compliance with customer requirements.

Process and manage customer orders by phone, fax, or walk-in; negotiate pricing; source non-stock items; provide product information and basic technical support; perform counter sales and cash handling; operate forklift and warehouse equipment; maintain inventory, returns, and a clean counter area.

Manage ARR targets and subscription renewals across a portfolio, drive onboarding, adoption, expansion, and on-time renewals. Use customer data and QBRs to demonstrate value, coordinate with Sales/Engineering/SaaS and vendors, provide single-point-of-contact support, and meet retention and growth KPIs with ~25% travel.

Serve as primary internal contact for external customers and outside sales.
