Builds customer relationships, manages commercial issues, conducts account planning, supports product training, implements best practices, and collaborates with internal company resources. Requires electrical product knowledge, sales or engineering experience, customer-service skills, and familiarity with company business systems.

Develops new business and expands existing customer accounts through phone and digital outreach. Responsibilities include account planning, relationship building, quote follow-up, pricing and margin negotiation, customer support, product upselling, e-commerce account setup, sales initiative execution, and coordination with internal engineering, sales, and vendor teams.

Develops electrical power distribution and power quality equipment quotes, bills of material, pricing, and project bid documentation. Processes customer and vendor orders, coordinates shipping and project schedules, supports sales teams and customers with product applications, and collaborates with vendors on marketing and technical issues. Assists with business planning, product launches, project bidding strategies, and product selection while maintaining customer commitments and order follow-up.
