Title: CAP Supervisor
Department: Sales – Customer Alliance Program (CAP)
Location(s): Maumee, Findlay, Columbus
General Summary
Supervises the daily operations of the regional Customer Alliance Program (CAP) team while supporting customer relationships, account management, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee regional CAP operations and daily team activities.
- Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate team members.
- Support CAP sales efforts by partnering with Account Managers on customer presentations, pricing, and account implementation.
- Manage new CAP account setup and ongoing account maintenance.
- Visit customer locations to review inventory performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate CAP meetings and maintain program materials and resources.
- Develop, maintain, and improve CAP processes and procedures.
- Support regional quality and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, purchasing, and inventory processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Reports To: Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or equivalent
Direct Reports: On-Site Inventory Coordinator, CAP Coordinator
Working Conditions
Office, warehouse, and customer site environments with occasional travel to customer locations and regional branches.
