Design and optimize Snowflake data models, customer data foundations, identity resolution, segmentation, and CDP-ready schemas. The role resolves HR and operational queries, manages documentation, and improves workflows through automation. It requires strong organization, confidentiality, accuracy, communication, and independent prioritization in a fast-paced, internationally distributed company.

Design and optimise Snowflake architectures and customer data foundations to support segmentation, personalisation, and audience activation. Build pipelines and reverse-ETL flows to Braze, Hightouch, and CDPs, implement identity resolution and consent frameworks, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with CRM, analytics, and marketing teams to enable multi-channel customer engagement and scalable customer 360 solutions.

Leads CRM outcomes for strategic client accounts, serving as the primary Braze expert and shaping CRM and analytics roadmaps. Manages delivery priorities, client relationships, team performance, and complex decisions while mentoring team members. Uses data to support recommendations, handles challenging conversations, and contributes to case studies, pitches, hiring, and practice growth in a fast-paced agency or MarTech environment.

Develop and shape CRM strategies with the Principal CRM Strategist; translate frameworks into actionable plans; run client and strategy sessions; support pitches using data and insight; align recommendations with KPIs and ROI; hand over plans to execution teams to drive measurable client success.

Lead design, execution, QA, and optimisation of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, content cards) in Braze. Translate strategy into platform implementations, manage customer data/segmentation, report on performance, and act as a client-facing delivery expert to improve platform utilisation and campaign outcomes.

Drive new business across the US by owning the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, MEDDPICC qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close. Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders, collaborate with internal strategy and delivery teams to craft solutions, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene and forecasting, represent the company at events, and meet pipeline and revenue targets.

Develop and deliver CRM strategies for clients, translating complex frameworks into actionable execution plans. Lead client sessions, uncover challenges, support data-driven pitches, and facilitate CRM strategy workshops. Align lifecycle marketing recommendations with KPIs, ROI goals, audience selection, next-best actions, content, and timing. Collaborate with CRM execution teams and senior strategists to drive measurable client outcomes.
