Performs material pulling and order fulfillment tasks in a warehouse/production environment, follows safety and attendance policies, and participates in company culture and incentive programs.

Lead process optimization and capacity modeling using production SAP data. Manage projects, improve layouts and ergonomics, apply Lean tools (5S, VSM, PFMEA), perform GEMBA walks, reduce defects, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase production capacity and reduce costs.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles, manage ATS/HRIS data and compliance, build pipelines for skilled trades, partner with hiring managers and HR on workforce planning, and support HR operations and continuous improvement.

Coordinate and administer the RFQ process: review incoming RFQs, manage RFQ release/closure and SAP workflows, track status and reprioritization, create product codes, provide administrative support to Product Engineering (purchase requisitions, supplies), produce weekly RFQ/workflow reports, and assist sales and design teams with product lookup and file organization.

Lead daily QA operations on the production floor, supervise and train QA staff, perform inspections and measurements against blueprints, conduct root cause analysis and CAPA, coordinate audits, manage calibration of inspection equipment, and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Supervise assembly production staff to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets. Manage staffing, training, scheduling, workflow, reporting, and corrective actions while enforcing policies and standards.

Manage territory sales by growing existing accounts, developing new customers, coordinating service and installations, reviewing quotations and store layouts, mentoring reps, and resolving customer issues to meet sales goals.

Supervise plant production by setting priorities, monitoring workflow and equipment, enforcing safety and quality, hiring/training staff, managing schedules and reports, and implementing corrective actions to meet production standards.

Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle for a production workforce: employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS data management (Workday preferred), policy interpretation, and partnering with leaders to improve engagement, retention, and productivity.

Supervise daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. Execute schedules, monitor workflow and equipment, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, train and manage hourly employees, enforce policies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to produce welded parts to drawing specifications. Perform inspections, maintain production counts, clean and maintain tools/machines, follow safety procedures, and participate in continuous improvement and lean activities. May perform grinding, finishing, and non-MIG weld tasks as requested. Required to work weekends/overtime and lift up to 50 lbs.
