Develops and updates engineering drawings for new and existing products, including size additions and product change requests. Creates detailed drawing packages and DXF files for downstream departments. Researches product fitment issues, supports Quality Assurance and Production, documents product improvements, and assists with prototype reviews. Requires collaboration across departments, document control knowledge, multitasking, and the ability to work on the shop floor and lift up to 50 pounds.

Leads departmental safety, quality assurance, audits, corrective and preventive actions, document control, calibration, and quality-system reviews in a manufacturing plant. Supervises, hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates staff while managing workflow, reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, production administration, design controls, and quality analytics. Collaborates with production management to address nonconformities and maintain compliance with internal and external standards.

Manage territory sales by growing existing accounts, developing new customers, coordinating service and installations, reviewing quotations and store layouts, mentoring reps, and resolving customer issues to meet sales goals.

Designs and develops products in collaboration with sales, manufacturing, packaging, and quality teams. Creates 3D CAD models, renderings, production drawings, and assembly instructions. Supports prototypes, customer samples, functional testing, cost optimization, value engineering, packaging methods, and quality verification. Requires strong communication, multitasking, computer skills, and the ability to work on the shop floor and lift up to 50 pounds.

Lead process optimization and capacity modeling using production SAP data. Manage projects, improve layouts and ergonomics, apply Lean tools (5S, VSM, PFMEA), perform GEMBA walks, reduce defects, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase production capacity and reduce costs.

Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and component replacement on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and welding systems in a manufacturing plant. Complete work orders, assist with installations, fabricate parts, mentor junior staff, maintain records, and follow safety and OSHA/HAZMAT procedures.

Lead daily QA operations on the production floor, supervise and train QA staff, perform inspections and measurements against blueprints, conduct root cause analysis and CAPA, coordinate audits, manage calibration of inspection equipment, and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Supervise plant production by setting priorities, monitoring workflow and equipment, enforcing safety and quality, hiring/training staff, managing schedules and reports, and implementing corrective actions to meet production standards.
