Improve manufacturing processes, safety, throughput, layouts, and production costs. Collaborate with production, product engineering, tool and die, and maintenance teams. Lead process improvement and capital expenditure projects, analyze time studies and production capacity, support equipment upgrades, and enhance product manufacturability through engineering solutions.

Manages pricing, contracts, product and market analysis, and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing costs, developing pricing strategies, maintaining customer-specific agreements, identifying product opportunities, coordinating documentation, and supporting project execution. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance, engineering, customer service, and SAP teams. It requires business acumen, financial literacy, strong Excel and communication skills, and occasional travel to customers, vendors, and facilities.

Designs, programs, installs, commissions, and troubleshoots industrial automation systems, including HMIs, PLCs, sensors, robotics, and production equipment. Performs preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, repairs, acceptance testing, documentation, and safety compliance. Collaborates with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to minimize downtime and support equipment upgrades.
