Creates detailed drawing packages and DXF files for downstream departments. Researches product fitment issues, supports Quality Assurance and Production, documents product improvements, and assists with prototype reviews. Requires collaboration across departments, document control knowledge, multitasking, and the ability to work on the shop floor and lift up to 50 pounds.

Leads departmental safety, quality assurance, audits, corrective and preventive actions, document control, calibration, and quality-system reviews in a manufacturing plant. Supervises, hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates staff while managing workflow, reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, production administration, design controls, and quality analytics. Collaborates with production management to address nonconformities and maintain compliance with internal and external standards.
