Contract clinician manages a private caseload providing short-term (1–8 sessions) evidence-based counseling (CBT, SFBT, ACT) to employees and dependents, using Lyra's platform for scheduling, notes, and privacy, adapting care to Senegal's cultural context and meeting regulatory and telehealth requirements.

Provide culturally responsive therapy for clients in Bangkok. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, offering evidence-based treatments, and working independently as a licensed clinician.

Lead design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of ML and generative models (LLMs, diffusion). Build scalable MLOps pipelines, vectorization and data ingestion, integrate models into microservices for low-latency inference, implement evaluation/alignment/bias-mitigation, optimize models (quantization, distillation), and mentor engineers while influencing the AI product roadmap.

Manage end-to-end global tax compliance including corporate and VAT/GST filings, US state tax obligations, tax process documentation, audit readiness, governance improvements, tax reporting, cross-functional tax support, and automation initiatives to scale the tax function.
