About the Role
Lyra is looking for a Strategy and Operations Sr. Manager to advise and drive the long-term growth strategy for our Lyra Care clinical programs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a strong strategic advisor and problem solver, who can break down ambiguous growth challenges into actionable, data driven solutions for an executive audience. This person is energized by tackling hard / ambiguous problems, understanding all of the drivers to sustainably grow clinical programs, a dynamic work environment, and expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as key advisor to program leadership on their growth strategy by owning operational forecast models and relevant analyses
- Obsess over how programs are performing against forecast and why, and incorporate learnings to project forward-looking program health
- Drive high-priority strategic projects to help programs achieve growth goals across clinical programs (e.g., evaluation of pricing model, strategic review of each program’s cost structure, etc.)
- Lead our team’s operational forecast pillar as a ‘player-coach’, including the mentorship and people management of current team member
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with finance and operations teams to support short and long-term planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or related experiences. Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
- Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Proven success in owning end-to-end strategic projects, including structuring ambiguous, complex problems, executing relevant analytics, and conveying clear recommendations for executive audiences
- Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google sheets/ SQL a must), including experience in advanced financial modeling skills
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships across cross-functionally and support execution of strategic projects
- Proven success developing and/or improving processes, with a desire to inspire change across the organization
- Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
- MBA preferred but not required
