Analyzes and optimizes production workflows, logistics, resource utilization, and operational systems. Develops performance metrics, leads cost-reduction initiatives, conducts time and motion studies, simulations, and ergonomic assessments, and supports lean manufacturing and Six Sigma improvements. Collaborates with engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams to implement automation and data-driven solutions. Prepares reports and presentations for stakeholders while improving efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity.

Lead global software product strategy and roadmap for transit-focused IoT and cloud solutions. Translate market and customer insights into requirements, drive end-to-end development, define AI strategy, set KPIs, coordinate go-to-market, and optimize post-launch performance while collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and senior stakeholders.

Lead full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, internal controls, statutory reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Manage and develop the accounting team, support forecasts, advise senior management, and ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Develop and maintain a Debian-based, cross-platform embedded OS and related software. Write efficient C++ for embedded targets, automate builds/CI/CD, support multi-architecture platforms, optimize boot and memory, work on HAL and toolchains, document designs, and mentor other developers.

Support the Technical Support Team by performing product configuration, ERP tasks, and preparation of units for exchange or repair.

Manage a hardware product portfolio end-to-end (cradle-to-grave). Define roadmap, prioritize features, drive market growth and leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support go-to-market and lifecycle decisions.

Manage timely, cost-effective procurement for electronics/electrical commodities: create and maintain POs, track deliveries, resolve delivery/invoice/quality issues, maintain ERP master data, liaise with suppliers and internal teams (planning, inventory, quality, finance), and support strategic sourcing and SIOP alignment during a 3-month temporary assignment.

Lead site-level quality activities including audits, SPC/statistical analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA, corrective actions, training, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement; supervise QA inspectors and manage external audits and QMS compliance.

Lead strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution of the Infor LN ERP platform across EMEA. Own roadmap, drive standardization, manage enhancements, integrations, and day-to-day operations. Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, lead regional ERP team and vendors, and drive process improvement, data quality, and governance.
