Lead strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution of the Infor LN ERP platform across EMEA. Own roadmap, drive standardization, manage enhancements, integrations, and day-to-day operations. Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, lead regional ERP team and vendors, and drive process improvement, data quality, and governance.

Lead VAT compliance for EMEA entities, establish a centralized VAT function in Poland, review VAT treatment of transactions, support audits and tax authorities, liaise with finance and external advisors, implement process improvements, and maintain VAT documentation and controls.

Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets. Lead and coach production staff, schedule workflow, troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, run inspections and audits, collaborate with Quality Assurance, enforce safety and company policies, and track production metrics and records.

Lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations for the Bus division, driving cross-functional collaboration to meet production targets. Implement lean/process improvements, manage labor/equipment/materials and budgets, ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, coordinate supply chain to prevent shortages, and serve as primary customer contact to resolve production or timeline issues.

Manage and optimize server, networking, virtualization, and endpoint environments; administer user accounts and security controls; support backups, disaster recovery, and cloud services; troubleshoot hardware/software and provide 1st–3rd line support; participate in IT projects, document procedures, and train users to ensure high availability and compliance with ISO 27001/GDPR.

Lead global software product strategy and roadmap for transit-focused IoT and cloud solutions. Translate market and customer insights into requirements, drive end-to-end development, define AI strategy, set KPIs, coordinate go-to-market, and optimize post-launch performance while collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and senior stakeholders.

Conceive, develop and maintain embedded and desktop software (Unix and microcontroller environments). Produce technical specifications, architecture, design and test documents. Collaborate with systems, electronics and test specialists, improve group tools, estimate efforts and risks, install and test distributed systems, use debugging and static/dynamic code and network analysis tools, and participate in continuous process improvement.

Support product configuration changes to migrate customers from old to new solutions. Modify device/software settings, apply basic programming or macros as needed, collaborate with team, and maintain clear documentation. Position is a student summer role (minimum six weeks) with flexible hours and home office options across Poland, Germany, or Sweden.

Develop and maintain a Debian-based, cross-platform embedded OS and related software. Write efficient C++ for embedded targets, automate builds/CI/CD, support multi-architecture platforms, optimize boot and memory, work on HAL and toolchains, document designs, and mentor other developers.

Support the Technical Support Team by performing product configuration, ERP tasks, and preparation of units for exchange or repair.

Temporary finance-team administrative support responsible for maintaining LN system data, collecting tax documentation, updating business partner records, organizing contracts and folders, and managing shared email boxes. Requires attention to detail, process-improvement mindset, MS Office skills, and fluency in Polish with conversational English.

Lead site-level quality activities including audits, SPC/statistical analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA, corrective actions, training, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement; supervise QA inspectors and manage external audits and QMS compliance.

Lead and mentor a full-stack engineering team building transit management software. Define technical strategy and roadmap, oversee delivery, collaborate cross-functionally, drive DevOps and cloud-based microservices, and develop team talent.
