We are currently looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to design and implement systems and equipment procedures used in our manufacturing facility. The main tasks include testing and monitoring equipment, updating current system processes and conducting risk assessments.
What you will do:
- Analyse production workflows, logistics, and resource utilization to identify
- Design and implement efficient systems for manufacturing, service delivery, and supply chain operations.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to integrate new technologies and automation.
- Conduct time and motion studies, simulations, and ergonomic assessments
- Support lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or proven experience in process optimization, manufacturing systems, or operations engineering.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (we use InforLN).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, and quality standards (ISO, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Supply planning, inventory management, and ERP systems (preferably InforLN).
- Ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Supplier performance management.
- SIOP and material planning processes.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Polish, English, (German would be an add on)
