What you will do:
ERP Leadership & Strategy
- Own the EMEA ERP roadmap for Infor LN, including enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Align ERP initiatives with business priorities and enterprise IT strategy.
- Drive system standardization, scalability, and compliance across regional
- operations.
Delivery & Operations
- Lead end-to-end ERP delivery including enhancements, integrations,
- and releases.
- Ensure stable day-to-day ERP operations, support, and issue resolution.
- Establish governance, change management, and performance metrics
- for ERP services.
Business Partnership
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders
- to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related decisions and
- prioritization in EMEA.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the regional ERP team and external partners.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous
- improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Drive process optimization, data quality, and ERP adoption across the
- region.
- Manage vendors and ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure system
- reliability.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Strong experience with:
- Proven experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Hands-on experience with Infor LN or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Fluent English skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in multi-country or EMEA ERP environments.
- Experience with ERP transformations, upgrades, or process
- Familiarity with integrations, data governance, and enterprise
- German skills.
