Improve manufacturing performance by optimizing production schedules, analyzing workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role monitors quality, safety, equipment performance, productivity, downtime, and waste; partners with maintenance and cross-functional teams; coaches production employees; supports corrective actions; and maintains operational records and reporting. The position is onsite in Plano, Texas and requires U.S. citizenship.

Develop demand forecasts, lead monthly forecast updates and Pre-S&OP meetings, optimize inventory, monitor supply chain risks, and create planning dashboards and reports. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Finance to align demand, inventory, operational capacity, and financial goals. Analyze forecasting and inventory KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

Develop and maintain a cross-platform Debian-based operating system for embedded transportation hardware. Responsibilities include writing C++ software, supporting ARM and x86 architectures, working on OS services and hardware abstraction layers, automating builds, optimizing boot times and memory usage, documenting software, and mentoring developers. The role requires embedded Linux, C++, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes Linux kernel programming, U-Boot modifications, Go, Agile methodologies, and embedded security.
