Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, improve billing workflows using Excel automation and AI tools, and serve as a primary contact for stakeholders.

Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound), position and immobilize patients, ensure radiation safety and quality control, perform EKGs and phlebotomy, supervise students, maintain equipment and supplies, verify patient information for billing, and follow hospital safety and communication protocols.

Directs outpatient services operations, resources, staffing, budgets, audits, patient care delivery, quality control, complaint management, and clinical protocols. Develops departmental goals and standards, ensures legal and ethical compliance, evaluates performance, supports professional growth, and integrates evidence-based practices across behavioral health outpatient programs.

The role serves psychiatric and chemical dependency patients in an inpatient behavioral health hospital and requires relevant education, licensure or clinical experience, plus CPR and CPI training.

Coordinates patient discharge and aftercare for behavioral health patients. Responsibilities include arranging follow-up medical and psychosocial services, scheduling provider and therapist appointments, maintaining community resource information, communicating with patients, families, referral sources, and aftercare providers, and preparing detailed discharge summaries and contracts.

Provides restorative nursing interventions under licensed-nurse supervision for long-term acute care patients.
