Provides nutritional assessments, therapeutic diet planning, patient and family counseling, menu approval, and dietary care documentation in a rehabilitation hospital. Coordinates dietary services with regulatory standards, supports patient care plans, monitors nutritional needs, and collaborates with physicians and the Dietary Services team.

Collects and processes blood, urine, throat, nasal, and other specimens while verifying patient identity and specimen integrity. Reviews orders, registers patients, labels and transports specimens, performs drug-screen and breath alcohol collections, coordinates therapeutic drug monitoring, resolves order discrepancies, manages supplies, and supports laboratory quality improvement and education.

Provides licensed practical nursing care in a community-based healthcare setting on a PRN, as-needed basis. This opportunity is designed for new graduates joining Lifepoint Health’s inclusive care team.
