Lead and manage all nursing and assigned clinical operations for a new 52-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Develop nursing goals, policies, staffing plans, budgets, quality and compliance programs, staff development, and interdisciplinary documentation. Serve as nursing executive advisor to the CEO, ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance, and drive patient safety, quality indicators, and operational performance.

Provide front desk support for OB/GYN practice: answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in/out, update demographics/insurance, collect co-pays, scan and fax documents, obtain ABNs, follow end-of-day revenue cycle procedures, control visitor flow, orient staff, and travel to satellite locations.

Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging in an outpatient clinic: review orders, prepare patients, position and image accurately, administer contrast per scope, monitor patients, perform quality control, troubleshoot equipment, and enter/report scan results promptly.
