Loads, unloads, wraps, moves, stages, and replenishes merchandise in a store or warehouse environment. Processes incoming and outgoing inventory documentation, price tags, and error reports; assists with customer pickups and visual display replenishment. Maintains safe loading practices, clean work areas, and basic facility upkeep. Repeatedly lifts cartons weighing over 100 pounds and uses basic computer systems for documentation.

Provides first-tier hardware and software support to corporate and store users. Receives, prioritizes, documents, troubleshoots, resolves, and escalates help requests through in-person, phone, remote, ticketing, and email channels. Assists with software rollouts, equipment upgrades, repairs, patches, account creation, password resets, and multifactor authentication. Tracks resolutions, tests fixes, follows up with users, analyzes incident trends, and recommends preventive improvements.
