Deploys AI agents into live hotels, integrates them with customers’ existing software, troubleshoots production issues, and independently ships fixes. The role combines software engineering with customer-facing deployment work, requiring communication with hotel general managers and practical experience delivering software for real customers.

Manage product roadmap and lifecycle for autonomous AI agent products. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize features, run market and user research, oversee development cycles, and measure product performance to drive client success.

Founding Account Executive responsible for building Lance's sales motion, managing full SaaS sales cycle from lead qualification to close, running demos and discovery with hotel execs, developing outbound strategies, partnering with CEO on GTM, and refining processes alongside Solution Engineering to scale revenue.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and messaging for new AI-driven product features. Manage external creative vendors, create sales enablement materials, conduct market and competitive research, gather customer insights, drive content across channels, and measure campaign and adoption performance while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions teams.

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-driven hotel operations: create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and a company-wide design system. Conduct user research and usability testing, collaborate with founders, PMs, and engineers, and ensure pixel-perfect front-end implementation while defining Lance’s long-term design vision.
