Deploy Lance’s AI hotel operations platform at properties across the US. Build relationships with hotel leadership and staff, plan implementation strategies, configure and launch each property, train teams of more than 100 employees, support long-term adoption, and communicate field feedback to improve deployment processes. The role requires frequent travel, strong organization, presentation skills, adaptability, technology comfort, and US work authorization.

Manage product roadmap and lifecycle for autonomous AI agent products. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize features, run market and user research, oversee development cycles, and measure product performance to drive client success.

Founding Account Executive responsible for building Lance's sales motion, managing full SaaS sales cycle from lead qualification to close, running demos and discovery with hotel execs, developing outbound strategies, partnering with CEO on GTM, and refining processes alongside Solution Engineering to scale revenue.
