Support the CEO and leadership team with meeting and travel coordination, events, expenses, vendors, onboarding, administrative operations, legal and compliance support, finance tasks, and cross-functional projects. The role requires discretion, strong organization, clear writing, proactive execution, and comfort using AI to automate repetitive administrative work.

Partner with the CEO to scale Lance by running the operating rhythm, leading special projects, building administrative and operational systems, managing legal and compliance processes, overseeing finance and vendors, and automating repetitive workflows with AI. The role also drives cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, and go-to-market while helping build and manage a growing team.

Deploy Lance’s AI hotel operations platform at properties across the US. Build relationships with hotel leadership and staff, plan implementation strategies, configure and launch each property, train teams of more than 100 employees, support long-term adoption, and communicate field feedback to improve deployment processes. The role requires frequent travel, strong organization, presentation skills, adaptability, technology comfort, and US work authorization.
