Collaborates with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and eLearning authoring tools. Supports multimedia editing, manages multiple projects and deadlines, incorporates feedback, and assists with training team documentation and administrative tasks.

Supports automotive retail compliance across federal and state laws governing advertising, sales, and finance and insurance. Responsibilities include legal and regulatory research, maintaining 50-state compliance resources, developing consultant guidance and advertising review methodologies, supporting regulatory inquiries, and translating complex requirements into practical business guidance. The role also evaluates and refines AI-assisted research, reporting, knowledge-management, and automated advertising-review workflows while collaborating across Legal, Consulting, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Learning and Development.
