Represent clients in complex civil and employment litigation across California; research and draft motions and agreements; advise on employment law issues; manage caseloads, client communications, and court appearances; participate in business development and firm activities; work independently with mentorship and meet hourly billing expectations.

Represent clients in complex civil litigation including landlord-tenant, eviction, employment, and premises liability. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and manage cases. Conduct phone/email/video consultations, litigate unlawful detainer trials across Southern California, make court appearances, and meet a 1650 billable hours annual goal while working independently and collaborating with mentors and support staff.

Provide first-level IT support and maintenance for desktops, servers, printers, and network equipment; monitor backups and antivirus; perform hardware/software installs, upgrades, and repairs; assist on IT projects and support internal clients in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.

The Trial Attorney will litigate unlawful detainer actions in California courts, provide legal counsel, and prepare trial-related documents.

Provide administrative support for the Fair Housing team by preparing legal documents, managing case deadlines, billing, and general team assistance.

Assist clients with eviction processes, provide legal consultations, conduct research, draft legal documents, and appear in court as needed.

The Legal Assistant provides administrative support for the Business and Real Estate practice group, managing workflow, case management, and document preparation while ensuring client service excellence.

The Senior Attorney will provide legal representation, respond to client concerns, participate in industry organizations, and manage cases from inception to close with minimal oversight.

The Attorney will support clients in unlawful detainer and housing law cases, provide legal advice, conduct research, and assist in court appearances.

The Trial Attorney will litigate unlawful detainer actions, defend in court, provide legal advice, and prepare legal documents while handling a high volume of cases.

Provide administrative support to the Landlord-Tenant practice group: communicate with clients, check court websites for case status, process department e-service email, e-file with state courts, and complete miscellaneous projects and duties.
