Negotiates settlements with debtors and opposing counsel, conducts skip-tracing investigations, communicates with clients and debtors, applies lease language and collection laws, and maintains organized case documentation. The role offers a $24–$26 hourly base plus monthly commission, with benefits and hybrid scheduling available after six months.

Assists the Staff Supervisor with daily management of the landlord-tenant department, including team coordination, coaching, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, reporting, issue resolution, and communication of departmental priorities. Serves as a key liaison between Department Leads, frontline staff, and senior leadership while supporting consistent client service and operational standards.

The Law and Motion Attorney will handle unlawful detainer litigation for landlord-tenant clients, including drafting motions, oppositions, trial briefs, and settlement agreements. Responsibilities include legal research, bankruptcy case advising, trial preparation, occasional court appearances, client communication, and business development at property management events. The role requires an active California Bar license, Central District admission, civil litigation knowledge, and strong research and writing skills.
