Responsibilities include legal research, discovery responses, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing trial binders and jury documents, filing documents, coordinating client communications, and providing administrative support. The role requires litigation experience in San Francisco County Courts, strong legal writing, high-volume law firm experience, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems and typing.

Supports attorneys handling tenant-contested evictions and unlawful detainer trial matters. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings and documents, preparing prelitigation notices, e-filing, administrative support, and frequent client communication. The role also provides backup intake assistance and requires strong writing, organization, multitasking, typing, and computer skills. Knowledge of unlawful detainers, county court procedures, and ProLaw is preferred.
