Lead and manage a high-performance sales team across the Americas to drive data center and semiconductor heat-transfer product revenue. Develop sales plans, KPIs, CRM funnel management, forecasting, pricing strategies, quotations, and negotiate terms while identifying and penetrating target accounts.

Lead supplier quality engineering for mechanical and electrical systems, manage supplier audits, PPAP/APQP processes, enforce ASME/ISO standards, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, and provide quality metrics and DFMEA/PFMEA inputs.

Manage supplier quality programs, oversee supplier approvals and KPAPs, issue and validate SCARs, coordinate engineering/production/quality to resolve supplier defects, audit processes, maintain QMS documentation, and ensure regulatory and specification compliance.

Grind and smooth headers and header components, remove defects and excess welds, operate cranes and forklift, maintain production records, replace abrasives, and perform multiple manufacturing tasks onsite with punctual attendance and teamwork.

Design mechanical components and assemblies for RT and Datacenter product lines using 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor). Create and revise production drawings, maintain drafting standards and BOMs in ERP, support prototyping, production troubleshooting, and cross-department communication to meet quality and safety standards.

Lead and coordinate assembly department activities: enforce safety, manage manpower and schedules, interpret drawings, monitor quality to ISO standards, train staff, perform hands-on assembly (~80% time), ensure QC compliance, troubleshoot, promote continuous improvement and 5S.

Manage a product quality engineering team for hyperscale data center infrastructure. Lead CAPA processes, audits, qualification strategies, NDE reviews, quality metrics tracking, DFM/PFMEA, inspection plans, continuous improvement, and cross-functional technical training.

Manage supplier quality for complex mechanical and electrical systems, conduct supplier audits, oversee PPAP/APQP, verify testing (hydrostatic, leak, radiography), drive root-cause analysis, feed defect/field-failure data into DFM and FMEA processes, and produce supplier quality metrics to prevent deployment delays and catastrophic field failures.

Design and build UL508a-compliant electrical control panels, develop manufacturing procedures and tooling, program and troubleshoot PLCs, support HVAC/R controller software, lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, document processes, and manage multiple projects.

Provide administrative support to the maintenance department by managing CMMS data and workflows, preparing and distributing work orders, maintaining inventory of critical spare parts, organizing files and meetings, compiling reports, and supporting maintenance metrics and documentation.
