Set up and operate manual, special-purpose, and numerical-control machines to fabricate parts. Design and build UL508a-compliant electrical control panels, develop manufacturing procedures and tooling, program and troubleshoot PLCs, support HVAC/R controller software, lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, document processes, and manage multiple projects.

Manage supplier quality for complex mechanical and electrical systems, conduct supplier audits, oversee PPAP/APQP, verify testing (hydrostatic, leak, radiography), drive root-cause analysis, feed defect/field-failure data into DFM and FMEA processes, and produce supplier quality metrics to prevent deployment delays and catastrophic field failures.

The Logistics Analyst coordinates logistics processes, including inbound/outbound shipments, documentation for imports/exports, and freight management, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Assembly Lead coordinates assembly activities, ensures safety, manages manpower and schedules, trains staff, monitors quality, and maintains documentation while supervising a team.
