Manage production schedules to achieve on-time customer delivery. Analyze sales orders for capacity and material requirements, coordinate with manufacturing and purchasing teams, expedite and prioritize orders with project managers, and lead weekly production planning meetings. Loads, cuts, bands, and moves finned tubes using overhead cranes, cutoff saws, molds, molten zinc, and hand tools. Responsibilities include operating molds, pouring zinc, breaking zinc ingots, skimming slag, cooling and finishing products, and transferring finished tubes to shipping racks or crates. Requires punctual attendance, overtime availability, safe physical handling, teamwork, and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Designs, develops, integrates, and maintains systems-level software and hardware supporting engineering, manufacturing, and business processes. Builds applications using Visual C++, Visual Basic, SQL, and related technologies; automates calculations, workflows, and reporting; integrates ERP, CAD, PLM, and document control systems; develops databases and embedded or network solutions; creates technical documentation; and provides user training, troubleshooting, support, backups, and change control.

Develops and maintains manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, process guides, technical manuals, and controlled records. Collaborates with manufacturing engineering, quality, production, and subject matter experts to translate complex processes into clear documentation. Manages reviews, approvals, revisions, document control, and obsolete records while incorporating engineering changes and process improvements. Supports audits, training, quality systems, safety, continuous improvement, and documentation standardization across manufacturing operations.

Assembles electrical and mechanical equipment and subassemblies using drawings, specifications, hand tools, and power tools. Installs conduit, drills and aligns components, crimps wires, maintains tools and workplace organization, and supports employee training. Requires reliable onsite attendance, overtime availability, teamwork, multitasking, and two years of assembly experience.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, layouts, tooling, fixtures, and documentation. Leads capital and manufacturing projects from concept through implementation, validation, and operational handoff. Performs capacity analysis, time studies, line balancing, bottleneck analysis, and production optimization. Supports new product introduction, design-for-manufacturability reviews, and cross-functional technical initiatives across Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, suppliers, and leadership.

Supports applications from initial customer inquiry through acceptance, serving as an internal interface among sales, R&D, product development, production, and customers. Provides technical and commercial support, sizes products using selection tools, evaluates target prices, analyzes markets, supports customer and trade-show visits, maintains CRM data, and follows quality procedures. The role requires engineering knowledge, thermodynamics and heat-transfer expertise, customer communication, negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and travel up to 30%, including international travel.

Directs Quality Department activities and supervises up to 10 employees. Performs incoming material and product inspections, dimensional and visual testing, material test report reviews, nonconformance handling, and quality recordkeeping. Interprets engineering drawings, customer specifications, welding codes, and ASME requirements. Uses inspection equipment, supports manufacturing and engineering teams, trains employees, and may operate forklifts and overhead cranes. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead supplier quality engineering for mechanical and electrical systems, manage supplier audits, PPAP/APQP processes, enforce ASME/ISO standards, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, and provide quality metrics and DFMEA/PFMEA inputs.

Oversee daily operations within a manufacturing zone, lead and schedule area personnel, monitor production metrics, coordinate with maintenance/quality/logistics, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive continuous improvement using lean/Six Sigma practices.

Serve as primary liaison for customer quality concerns: receive, document, investigate, and track complaints; coordinate cross-functional corrective actions; communicate resolutions; maintain records and support audits and continuous improvement.

The Logistics Analyst coordinates logistics processes, including inbound/outbound shipments, documentation for imports/exports, and freight management, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Assembly Lead coordinates assembly activities, ensures safety, manages manpower and schedules, trains staff, monitors quality, and maintains documentation while supervising a team.

The Supplier Development Specialist ensures supplier compliance with quality and delivery standards, evaluates performance, leads corrective actions, and drives supplier development initiatives.

Design and build UL508a-compliant electrical control panels, develop manufacturing procedures and tooling, program and troubleshoot PLCs, support HVAC/R controller software, lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, document processes, and manage multiple projects.

Leads document control specialists and manages the lifecycle of controlled documents, including review, approval, distribution, archiving, and record retention. Reviews material test reports, supports data books and dossiers, maintains ISO 9001 quality records, conducts internal audits, supports external audits, and tracks non-compliance and corrective actions. Requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, computer proficiency, and knowledge of quality management standards.
