Partner with plant functional leaders to deliver monthly P&Ls, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis. Collect and analyze data, assist implementation of process changes, document SOPs/training, maintain performance metrics, collaborate with teams to remove bottlenecks, and report KPIs while ensuring safety and quality alignment.

Set up and operate manual, special-purpose, and numerical-control machines to fabricate parts. Read blueprints, measure and mark workpieces, select tools and fixtures, set machining parameters, monitor operations for tolerance, verify finished parts, assemble components, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain production records, and collaborate with engineers and production staff. On-site work with regular attendance and possible overtime; minimum two years' related experience.

Lead and direct the Quality Department; perform and document inspections and tests of incoming materials and products, review MTRs for code compliance, handle nonconforming product, train staff, interface with manufacturing/purchasing/engineering, and supervise up to 10 employees while ensuring adherence to welding codes, NDT, PMI, ISO 9001, and quality procedures.

Supervise and train mechanical design engineers to design air-cooled heat exchangers per customer specifications and ASME/API/ASCE/AISC standards, check drawings, coordinate with sales and shop, implement process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of design drawings and calculations.

Perform cleaning, prepping, assembly and basic tooling of radiators, oil coolers, and parts. Follow routings, work instructions, safety and quality procedures, assist setup and maintenance identification, complete required training, and support team operations.

Design mechanical components and assemblies for RT and Datacenter product lines using 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor). Create and revise production drawings, maintain drafting standards and BOMs in ERP, support prototyping, production troubleshooting, and cross-department communication to meet quality and safety standards.

The Assembly Lead coordinates assembly activities, ensures safety, manages manpower and schedules, trains staff, monitors quality, and maintains documentation while supervising a team.

The Logistics Analyst coordinates logistics processes, including inbound/outbound shipments, documentation for imports/exports, and freight management, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Supplier Development Specialist ensures supplier compliance with quality and delivery standards, evaluates performance, leads corrective actions, and drives supplier development initiatives.
