Assemble electrical and mechanical equipment and subassemblies to customer specifications using hand and power tools. Perform drilling, tapping, fastening, conduit bending, wire stripping/crimping, maintain 5S, train others, and ensure tool cleanliness and functionality. Work on-site with regular attendance, punctuality, and ability to work overtime while collaborating and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and manage a high-performance sales team across the Americas to drive data center and semiconductor heat-transfer product revenue. Develop sales plans, KPIs, CRM funnel management, forecasting, pricing strategies, quotations, and negotiate terms while identifying and penetrating target accounts.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and present candidates; partner with hiring managers on talent strategies; maintain ATS records; attend job fairs; support HR recruiting initiatives and workforce planning.
