Conducts full-lifecycle recruiting for professional, technical, leadership, and critical business roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, candidate relationship management, hiring manager partnership, interview coordination, offers, ATS recordkeeping, recruiting metrics, talent pipeline development, workforce planning, process improvement, and mentoring junior recruiting staff.

Provides technical and commercial application support for thermal products, serving as the interface among sales, customers, R&D, product development, and production. Responsibilities include product sizing, quotation and pricing support, market analysis, CRM data maintenance, customer and trade-show visits, and quality-system compliance. The role requires mechanical or chemical engineering knowledge, thermodynamics and heat-transfer expertise, customer communication skills, and extensive travel.

Provides financial oversight for projects by monitoring budgets, forecasts, actuals, cost-to-complete projections, ROI models, and performance indicators. Prepares financial reports, supports CAPEX and Construction in Progress accounting, assists with audits, ensures internal-control compliance, identifies financial risks, and partners with project managers and plant leadership. The role also supports proposals, financial modeling, project documentation, and continuous improvement.
