Manage end-to-end HR operations for plant and office employees, including recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, training, HR reporting, contract labor, and engagement initiatives. Plans and monitors production schedules, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks materials and work-in-process inventory, maintains production status records, and reports plan-versus-actual performance. The role monitors capacity, escalates bottlenecks, tracks on-time delivery, adjusts schedules, supports lean improvements, and improves shopfloor coordination and production visibility.

Supervise daily production and shift operations, allocate manpower, monitor output, productivity, machine utilization, materials, quality, safety, and shop-floor discipline. Maintains accurate accounting documentation, supports statutory compliance, follows internal procedures, and coordinates with seniors, auditors, and consultants. The role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to two years of experience and offers training and progression in accounts and finance.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR records, attendance, leave administration, statutory compliance, appraisals, training, employee engagement, grievances, disciplinary procedures, exits, HR reporting, and manpower planning. The role also supports HR policy implementation and operational procedures in an on-site manufacturing environment.

Creates visual, written, and multimedia content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, investor presentations, training modules, and internal communications. Translates technical industrial product information into accessible visuals, infographics, videos, animations, and structured content. Collaborates with sales, R&D, HR, and leadership while maintaining brand consistency and supporting strategic storytelling. The role is full-time and on-site in Aurangabad, requiring strong design thinking, visual storytelling, project management, and adaptability to feedback and deadlines.

Coordinates sales activities by managing quotations, invoices, order documentation, CRM updates, follow-ups, and sales reporting. Tracks enquiries and order status while coordinating with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely execution. Maintains accurate customer and sales records, supports target achievement, and helps improve sales workflows and processes.

Maintain books of accounts, process purchases, sales, expenses, AP, AR, and petty cash. Prepare GST, TDS, PT, and income tax compliance documentation; perform bank and account reconciliations. Support monthly closing, MIS reporting, budgeting, cost tracking, audits, asset registers, stock audits, and statutory records. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, government departments, vendors, and customers while ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Coordinate sales, production, and service teams to support smooth order-to-dispatch journeys, provide delivery and payment updates, and identify customer-flow bottlenecks. Support retention insights, CRM training, and onboarding while maintaining accurate reporting and cross-functional communication.

Coordinates SOPs, product guides, manuals, handbooks, and training materials across departments. Maintains document version control, digital repositories, training records, attendance, evaluations, and completion reports. Supports internal training sessions and employee onboarding, creates content using PowerPoint, Canva, and Docs, and coordinates visuals and external contributors. Liaises with Production, Sales, Quality, HR, and Admin to keep materials accurate and current while gathering feedback to improve documentation and training quality.

Manage customer data, CRM hygiene, segmentation, sales pipeline tracking, lifecycle reporting, automated workflows, and CRM adoption. Coordinate sales, marketing, and service teams to improve customer journeys, retention, and engagement. Provide order updates through dispatch and payment collection, identify customer-flow bottlenecks, support CRM training, and recommend process improvements using data-driven insights.
