Job Profile

• Reporting to: Executive Assistant
  

• Work Location: On-site
  

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, onboarding
  

• Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.)
  

• Support performance appraisal processes and monthly reviews
  

• Assist in executing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook rollout
  

• Coordinate training, induction, and employee engagement initiatives
  

• Handle grievance redressal and workplace discipline matters professionally
  

• Drive uniform policy, ID issuance, and basic HR operational procedures
  

• Support employee exit process and documentation
  

• Maintain HR MIS and generate reports for management
  

• Liaise with internal teams for manpower planning and hiring
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BCom/BA/Any discipline); MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
  

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
  

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  

• Familiarity with HRMS/Zoho People or any digital HR system preferred
