Responsibilities include managing teams, collaborating cross-functionally, overseeing operational performance, using ERP and analytics tools, and managing budgets. The role requires manufacturing experience, financial acumen, strategic thinking, and strong leadership, with 8–12 years of experience and a B-Tech/M-Tech or MBA in Production or Operations.

Provides executive support to the Managing Director by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, reports, confidential records, follow-ups, and office administration. Coordinates with departments, clients, vendors, government authorities, and senior executives; supports strategic planning, decision-making, events, board meetings, and corporate communications.

Manage end-to-end HR operations for plant and office employees, including recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, training, HR reporting, contract labor, and engagement initiatives. The role supports HR systems, policy implementation, organizational development, conflict resolution, employee counseling, and culture-building in a manufacturing environment.
