Provide IPS supported employment services: engage clients with serious mental illness, develop individualized employment plans, conduct employer outreach and job development, support job placement and follow-along supports, coordinate with treatment teams, maintain caseload and documentation, and promote program services.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the Deaf Services Day Rehab program; create lesson plans; provide direct non-clinical services and transportation; maintain facility and EHR documentation; supervise program in coordinator's absence and manage special projects.

Provide one-on-one and group peer support to individuals with mental health challenges, using lived-experience to teach recovery skills, link clients to community resources, facilitate peer groups, complete documentation, attend team meetings, and travel locally for services.

Provide direct, in-home or community-based therapeutic mentoring for children/adolescents with serious emotional disturbance: deliver scripted social-emotional skills training, assess needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, maintain accurate electronic client records, and complete required administrative and reporting duties.

Provide one-on-one peer support and facilitate mutual support meetings to aid mental health recovery, link people to community resources, teach wellness/self-management skills, complete documentation, travel for match relationships, and participate in team meetings and training.

Provide assessment, individual/group/family therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination for students with severe emotional/behavioral needs. Collaborate with school staff and community resources, create individualized treatment plans, document in electronic medical records, attend weekly clinical staffings, provide occasional transportation, and participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer multi-line phones, manage mail/deliveries/correspondence, handle payments and office equipment, maintain supplies and directories, and assist staff.

Provide peer-based mental health recovery support through one-on-one contacts, facilitate mutual support meetings, build community linkages, complete documentation, attend team meetings and trainings, and travel locally to support matched individuals.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise Deaf Services Residential and Day Rehabilitation programs. Oversee staff, budgets, property maintenance, liaise with community and ADMH, provide direct non-clinical services, and complete administrative reporting and special projects.

Provide direct, scripted social and emotional skills training to children/adolescents with serious emotional disturbance. Assess needs, create and implement individualized care plans, maintain detailed client records in an electronic medical record, document outcomes for reports/meetings, and perform required administrative duties. Travel within assigned counties for client visits.

Provide community-based supported employment and education services for youth/young adults (15-25) with first-episode psychosis. Conduct vocational and educational assessments, job development, benefits education, employer and school engagement, family education, crisis management, documentation in client records, and coordinate services as part of the NOVA multidisciplinary treatment team. Spend majority of time in community settings.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, maintain ATS records, promote employer brand, ensure legal compliance, and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
