Manages CCBHC accounting, cost reporting, PPS rate development, billing, compliance, financial data analysis, audits, and monthly closing. The role prepares and submits CCBHC cost reports, monitors revenues and expenses, reviews invoices, coordinates with consultants and collaborating organizations, and advises management on funding optimization, process improvements, and expense control.

Collects and analyzes CCBHC encounter, outcome, quality, claims, and operational data. Maintains EHR codes, logic, data dictionaries, datasets, reports, dashboards, and visualizations; submits Medicaid and behavioral health claims; monitors PPS performance and cost-report data readiness. Troubleshoots EHR issues, supports report creation, protects confidential data under HIPAA and HITECH, and communicates actionable findings to stakeholders.

Manages provider credentialing, recredentialing, payer enrollment, and compliance for mental health services. Verifies licenses and documentation, tracks renewals, responds to payer requests, and supports audits. Processes electronic claims and payments, investigates denials and underpayments, follows up on outstanding claims, corrects errors, and submits appeals. Maintains HIPAA compliance and prepares credentialing and compliance reports for leadership.

Provides peer support to individuals recovering from mental illness, including weekly individual meetings, mutual-support facilitation, community resource linkage, wellness and community-adjustment skill teaching, documentation, travel, team meetings, and training. Requires lived mental-health recovery experience and active recovery status.

Provides peer-based mental health recovery support through one-on-one meetings, support groups, resource linkages, skill development, advocacy, documentation, and participation in supervision, team meetings, and training. The role requires lived experience with mental illness, active recovery, and the ability to inspire and support individuals with psychiatric disabilities.

Provide community-based supported employment and education services for youth/young adults (15-25) experiencing first-episode psychosis. Conduct vocational and educational assessments, job development, employer and school outreach, benefits education, family support, crisis management, documentation in EMR, and collaborate with the NOVA treatment team while spending most work time in community settings.

Provide direct, in-home or community-based therapeutic mentoring for children/adolescents with serious emotional disturbance: deliver scripted social-emotional skills training, assess needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, maintain accurate electronic client records, and complete required administrative and reporting duties.

Provide one-on-one and group peer support to individuals with mental health challenges, using lived-experience to teach recovery skills, link clients to community resources, facilitate peer groups, complete documentation, attend team meetings, and travel locally for services.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the Deaf Services Day Rehab program; create lesson plans; provide direct non-clinical services and transportation; maintain facility and EHR documentation; supervise program in coordinator's absence and manage special projects.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, maintain ATS records, promote employer brand, ensure legal compliance, and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

Provide assessment, individual/group/family therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination for students with severe emotional/behavioral needs. Collaborate with school staff and community resources, create individualized treatment plans, document in electronic medical records, attend weekly clinical staffings, provide occasional transportation, and participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation.

Provide IPS supported employment services: engage clients with serious mental illness, develop individualized employment plans, conduct employer outreach and job development, support job placement and follow-along supports, coordinate with treatment teams, maintain caseload and documentation, and promote program services.
