Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across web, SEO/SEM, email, social, paid media, and personalization. Provide administrative and coordination support for recruiting, onboarding, events, and Talent Pipeline & Development operations. Manage calendars and inboxes, coordinate interviews and candidate logistics, support orientation and team events, maintain records, produce reports and dashboards, track metrics, assist VP and executive support needs, and help improve processes while ensuring confidentiality and timely execution.

Lead strategy and hands-on content creation to deepen and expand external prayer support. Develop spiritual formation resources, manage prayer content pipeline (Viva Engage), coordinate Global Prayer Gathering messaging and speaker coaching, integrate prayer into donor journeys and products, and cultivate external prayer network partnerships.

Develop and execute data strategies to enhance fundraising efforts, lead analytics for donor engagement, ensure data quality, and manage a high-performing team.

Provide legal counsel across IJM's global operations, manage legal risks, draft agreements, and ensure compliance with laws. Support initiatives and train staff on legal matters.

Lead US accounting and operations for IJM, directing accountants and payroll staff, managing month- and year-end close, statutory and tax filings, audits, Workday financial operations, and internal controls. Serve as liaison between US operations and Global Finance, develop policies/procedures, support expatriate compensation processes, and provide training and mentorship while ensuring compliance with nonprofit GAAP/IRS requirements.

Provide technical and investigative support to Philippine law enforcement to accelerate online sexual exploitation of children (OSEC) case generation and progression. Triage referrals, advise on digital evidence and investigations, train and mentor units and MDTs, coordinate with foreign partners (including NCMEC), document learnings, and strengthen interagency workflows and protocols.

Lead IJM's global talent acquisition strategy and operations: standardize recruiting workflows, govern Workday Recruiting, ensure legal and data-privacy compliance, establish recruiting metrics and analytics, strengthen employer branding and sourcing, supervise the U.S. recruiting team and guide regional teams, and personally execute full‑cycle senior and global functions hiring as needed.

The Product Manager will lead product development for complex financial offerings and ensure compliance with donor agreements. Responsibilities include oversight, collaboration across teams, donor reporting, and improving processes for gift management.

The Risk Relationship Manager will serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on risk management, focusing on fostering relationships and integrating risk considerations into decision making while supporting organizational objectives.

Serve as the primary HR advisor, partner with leaders on organizational design, implement HR programs, provide coaching, and support succession planning.

Lead and oversee IJM's global accounting operations, consolidation, grants costing and reporting. Manage and develop regional finance leaders, standardize policies and controls, support audits, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and provide training and on-site field support for international programs.

Support planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated global marketing campaigns. Assist with discovery, creative briefs, cross-channel coordination, performance data collection, asset rollouts, and stakeholder communication. Work closely with Creative, Digital, and regional teams to ensure on-brand execution and continuous improvement. Participate in spiritual formation community and comply with background checks and faith requirements.

Produce and edit video content for campaigns and social media, manage media assets and backups, perform color grading and audio integration, create motion graphics, and lead rapid-response storytelling. Collaborate with producers, writers, and creative leads to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality deliverables for web, social, and broadcast.

Provide front-desk reception and hospitality, manage office facilities and supplies, support onboarding/offboarding and interview logistics, coordinate Staff Care programming and materials, maintain workflows in Asana, assist with shipping and administrative tasks, and support Employee Experience events and daily office operations in the Arlington office.
