Senior Developer responsible for designing, building and supporting large-scale .NET/Python products. Translate business requirements into features, own releases, enforce architecture and security best practices, lead code reviews, improve testing (unit/integration/automation), collaborate with stakeholders and product owners, and work with Azure PaaS and CI/CD pipelines.

Work with product and business owners to develop and prioritise backlog (Epics/Features/Stories), support Agile delivery and testing, perform JIT analysis, gather requirements and specifications, and build stakeholder relationships across teams and sites to drive process improvements and successful delivery.

Provide compliance advisory across Insight's business: review financial promotions, respond to client DDQs/RFPs, maintain compliance policies and regulatory change monitoring, support FCA interactions, produce compliance MI and training, assess regulatory risks and controls, liaise with vendors and other teams to implement enhancements.

The Investment Specialist will enhance business development in Asia, support local sales teams, develop marketing materials, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The Guideline Management Analyst will review investment guidelines, code restrictions in systems, conduct post-trade monitoring, assist in process enhancements, and support fund management teams.

Provide compliance oversight and advice on fund-level regulatory requirements (UCITS, AIFMD, MMFR, SFDR). Manage regulatory engagement, respond to inspections and enquiries, support product launches and regulatory change, assess investment eligibility requests, and act as internal fund compliance SME.

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides centralized administrative support to senior leaders, managing calendars, scheduling, travel, and operational tasks efficiently.

Support execution of trading services for money managers, advisors, and internal teams: process trades, develop pricing, resolve system errors, identify trade-break trends, produce operational and account reports, handle complex client inquiries, and train or assist less-experienced staff.

The Market Operations Analyst oversees outsourced back-office operations, reviews reconciliations, resolves issues, enhances controls, supports loan processes, and collaborates with teams to align procedures.
