Teams at Insight Investment

Supports investment applications across production and UAT, including portfolio management, order management, trade flow, pricing, and overnight batch processing. Provides user-facing issue resolution, prioritization, escalation, communication, and application support across front, middle, performance, client services, and risk functions. Requires strong SQL, Order Management System experience, technical problem-solving, business awareness, and the ability to manage incidents involving traded investment positions and instruments.

Supports Insight Europe’s Investment Management Oversight team through qualitative and quantitative reviews of investment funds, portfolios, and investment processes. Coordinates responsible investment documentation, contributes to firm-wide reporting, and develops knowledge of regulations such as SFDR. The role involves collaboration with investment, risk, compliance, and other teams while building expertise across asset classes and investment management processes.

Leads the sovereign research platform within a fixed income team, overseeing economic forecasts, macro data infrastructure, country analysis, research processes, and thought leadership. Generates macro insights for portfolio risk-taking, collaborates with investment teams, supports client engagement, leads internal projects, and develops junior talent. Requires extensive sovereign or macro research experience, strong economics and econometrics expertise, technical data skills, and outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
