Owns and enhances SharePoint Online solutions, document management platforms, Power Platform workflows, and enterprise integrations. Senior Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, developing product backlogs, prioritizing work, managing senior stakeholders, and acting as a bridge between business owners, product owners, and Agile delivery teams. The role supports system and acceptance testing, sprint activities, process improvements, and the full software development lifecycle. Candidates need financial markets knowledge, particularly LDI and fixed income pricing, yield curves, PV01/IE01 risk analytics, SQL debugging skills, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools.

Lead the design and implementation of a scalable Snowflake-based data platform, establishing enterprise data governance, ingestion, transformation, and democratization standards. Optimize ELT pipelines, enable advanced analytics and AI, evolve infrastructure-as-code, and ensure compliance with privacy and security policies. Collaborate with cloud engineering, stakeholders, and Agile teams while guiding data strategy, technical design, and adoption of emerging technologies.
