Provide client-facing accounting and advisory services for nonprofit clients including month-end close, full accrual accounting, bank reconciliations, A/P, A/R, payroll support, budgeting, financial reporting, audit coordination, system implementations, and oversight of staff to ensure accurate, timely financial information and compliance.

Lead and support full‑accrual month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting. Clean up general ledger activity, assist with cash flow, disclosures, budgeting, and annual planning. Communicate with clients and auditors, improve processes and internal controls, implement or upgrade accounting systems, and supervise staff as needed.

Responsible for timely completion and review of complex business tax compliance and consulting engagements for middle/large clients. Prepare and review tax returns, research memos, estimates, extensions, and notices; monitor deadlines; perform tax research; respond to IRS/state notices; train and supervise staff and interns; assist audit/accounting teams with tax questions and accruals.

Lead and build a Transaction Advisory team providing M&A financial due diligence, quality-of-earnings, accounting advice, and transaction support across deal lifecycle.
