Manages commercial financial statement and employee benefit plan audits, including planning engagements, reviewing work papers and financial statements, evaluating internal controls, preparing audit programs and budgets, communicating audit issues, and supporting Partners. Builds client relationships, coaches and evaluates audit staff, allocates resources, resolves problems, and ensures audit work meets firm standards and deadlines.

Paid tax internship for accounting students in their sophomore through senior year or graduate accounting programs. Interns will learn CaseWare and CCH Axcess, prepare 1099s, W-2s, individual income tax returns, and extensions, and gain experience with tax workflows in a public accounting firm. The role emphasizes organization, planning, communication, analytical ability, multitasking, and meeting deadlines. The position is available part-time or full-time in a hybrid Ithaca, New York office setting beginning January 2027.

Provides comprehensive office and administrative support, including document preparation and formatting, mail merges, scheduling, client database setup, electronic filing, reception, mail handling, travel coordination, supply management, event support, and voicemail administration. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, multitasking, and at least two years of administrative experience.
