The role requires strong MI industry knowledge, commercial expertise, dealer-channel experience, and travel of up to 40%.

Leads European people operations across Germany, the UK, and Bulgaria, advising executives on employment law, employee relations, organizational change, payroll, compliance, and workforce risk. Oversees HR operations, payroll providers, employee lifecycle processes, audits, and regulatory requirements while translating complex employment matters into practical business guidance.
