Lead European finance teams and oversee accounting, tax, audit, administration, reporting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. Drive ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives, improve reporting processes, prepare management accounts, support strategic decisions, and ensure statutory filings. Manage and develop the finance team, collaborate with auditors, and travel occasionally to European offices.

Owns paid media strategy and execution across social, search, display, video, and retargeting channels. Responsibilities include campaign planning, optimization, measurement, forecasting, experimentation, reporting, budget pacing, and performance improvement across acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, launch, and revenue goals. Partners with marketing, creative, analytics, e-commerce, CRM, web, product, and external agencies to scale effective paid media practices across inMusic’s creator-focused brand portfolio.

Build and maintain test automation frameworks, Jenkins CI infrastructure, multi-platform test agents, regression suites, reporting dashboards, and AI-assisted test generation tools for music production products. Develop reliable automated tests, contribute to coding standards and reviews, debug issues, and help product squads adopt automation practices. The role is hands-on and based in Cambridge, UK, with hybrid working available.
