Owns the full lifecycle of learning and development programs, including needs analysis, curriculum design, delivery, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, tuition reimbursement administration, and evaluation. The role develops management and professional development initiatives, facilitates learning sessions, manages program logistics, and uses data and feedback to improve outcomes. It partners with HR business partners, subject matter experts, learning designers, and external vendors to align programs with business priorities and employee development needs.

Manage end-to-end subscription renewals for an assigned customer portfolio, including renewal opportunities, proposals, quotes, forecasts, negotiations, and risk identification. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and channel partners to support retention, upsells, multi-year agreements, and cloud transitions. Maintain accurate Salesforce renewal data and communicate product value to customers and stakeholders.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce-to-Identity Cloud Platform integrations for tenant provisioning and entitlements. Translate cross-functional needs into requirements, data contracts, APIs, metrics, and rollout plans. Partner with engineering to deliver reliable, observable workflows, prioritize backlogs, manage Agile delivery, reduce manual intervention, and communicate priorities and risks to stakeholders. Support go-to-market enablement and apply LLMs and coding assistants to accelerate product workflows.
