Leads the global Technology Alliances function, managing alliance account teams, technology integrations, executive relationships, agreements, and ecosystem governance. Develops the Access Management Alliance strategy, alliance tiers, commercial models, and growth roadmap. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to improve SDKs, APIs, self-service tools, automation, joint business plans, co-selling, and pipeline development. Establishes performance metrics for adoption, revenue, retention, and integration efficiency while driving strategic alliance growth.

Leads enterprise architecture across product, platform, data, AI, and security domains. Chairs the Architecture Review Board, establishes technology standards and governance, owns the company-wide technology roadmap, guides cross-functional technical decisions, mentors architecture leaders, and advises executives on architecture posture, security, privacy, regulatory requirements, and M&A due diligence. The role requires cloud-native and Kubernetes expertise, broad technical fluency, hands-on engineering credibility, and experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments.

Coordinate customer orders across the quote-to-cash process, validating products, pricing, documentation, and commercial terms. Manage order intake, prioritization, approvals, exceptions, and issue resolution across Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Billing, Fulfillment, and account teams. Maintain order status communications and records, support compliance and audit readiness, assist with process documentation and improvement, and provide extended-hours support during month- and quarter-end activities.
