Lead and coach 3-5 Product Leads and Product Managers responsible for idealo's merchant- and brand-facing B2B products. Own the group roadmap and delivery, resolve prioritization conflicts, stay hands-on in parts of the portfolio, and align product and engineering priorities across markets while reporting to the VP Product.

Design, implement and operate idealo's AWS multi-account cloud foundation using IaC (Terraform, Terragrunt, CDK). Own platform products end-to-end, manage networking (VPC, DNS, IPAM, CDN), build CI/CD and automation, partner with engineering teams, contribute standards, and mentor engineers.

Build and operate AWS-hosted web and business applications for idealos monetization stack. Own architecture, infrastructure (IaC), development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and on-call. Implement services integrating ERP (Odoo), databases, event streaming, and external systems (Salesforce, SAP), collaborating with accounting, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable billing and processing.

Lead design, development, operation, and maintenance of mobile backend services on AWS. Own service lifecycle (architecture, infra, testing, deployment, monitoring, on-call). Build scalable REST/GraphQL APIs, improve cloud infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes), drive quality via testing and code review, reduce technical debt, and collaborate with mobile and backend teams.

Own the roadmap for catalog content (images, specs, texts, test reports, FAQs). Build and evolve the CMS and AI content pipeline, prioritize human vs. automated content, validate opportunities through experimentation and analytics, and ensure content drives SEO and localized experiences across international markets.

Architect and build cloud-native data platform components, infrastructure automation and pipeline frameworks. Lead cross-team initiatives for personalization and Data-as-a-Service, improve CI/CD, IaC, observability, and real-time streaming. Mentor engineers and drive strategic platform decisions to support scalable, secure data products.

Lead design and development of cloud-native, event-driven CRM systems. Build reliable data flows, microservices and integrations using AWS, Kafka, Braze and Snowflake. Drive architecture, mentor engineers, improve CI/CD, observability and security, and align technical solutions with business CRM goals.

Lead and coach 3–5 Product Leads/Product Managers for idealo's B2C customer-facing experiences. Own group roadmap and delivery, stay hands-on in parts of the portfolio, resolve cross-product prioritization conflicts, and align product and engineering partners to deliver coherent user experiences.

Lead technical ownership of Google Shopping and CSS campaigns: plan, build, scale and optimize feeds, tracking and budgets. Monitor performance, run structured tests, implement optimizations, and advise stakeholders while improving feed quality and automation.

Design, build and operate scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines on AWS to deploy, monitor and retrain models for personalization, recommendations, search and ranking. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams to ensure availability, observability and continuous improvement of production ML systems.

Lead frontend development and contribute across the full stack. Design, implement and maintain scalable microservices with Kotlin and TypeScript. Own services end-to-end from architecture to deployment, improve CI/CD, observability and IaC, and collaborate with marketing to deliver reliable tracking, billing and measurable marketing systems while promoting code quality and mentorship.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems and data flows for CRM and user engagement. Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated solutions, own services through their lifecycle, ensure testing/CI/CD and cloud best practices, mentor engineers, and improve monitoring and operational excellence.
