Manage customer engagement for Skybox Geospatial clients, guide product use and imagery collection, capture feedback, track activities, run status calls, and use quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and NPS.

Provide administrative support for the Littoral Combat Ship Test Team: maintain calendars, arrange meetings, interface with customers, manage records and filing, archive files, record meeting minutes, coordinate test and inspection reports, maintain equipment databases/spreadsheets, use Microsoft Office to prepare correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations, and support finance/expense reporting and reconciliation.

Manage a 5-6 person mainframe IT team responsible for COBOL/Endeavor systems, partner with on/offshore vendors, plan demand/capacity for development/maintenance, oversee PI Property Suite applications, track budgets and performance, and provide HR management and leadership.

Screen and interview pre-qualified entry-level IT candidates and manage full lifecycle recruiting using an ATS (Taleo). Schedule and conduct high-volume video interviews (100+ over 90 days), maintain compliant candidate documentation, coordinate with hiring managers and campus recruiters, produce offers and negotiate, meet metrics, and analyze reports to recommend improvements.

Design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Own projects end-to-end from requirements and prototyping to implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams, set interface standards, optimize front-end frameworks, participate in QA, and provide training and tooling for developers.

Supervise a union production team on the automotive manufacturing floor, meeting production, quality, safety, and cost targets; enforce labor agreements, train and evaluate staff, maintain records and compliance with QS9000/ISO14001/GMS processes.

Write, review, and edit pharmaceutical/medical documentation (batch records, SOPs, procedures, specs) to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Support transition from paper to electronic records, identify documentation gaps, recommend corrective actions and best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Regulatory teams. Travel to other company sites as needed.

Provide 24x7 operational and project-level support for a large enterprise Active Directory environment: troubleshoot incidents, implement changes, manage domain controllers, Group Policy, schema changes, backups/restores, capacity planning, security/compliance, automation, and documentation.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate finance and accounting roles: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage vendors, negotiate offers, maintain ATS and status reporting, and drive staffing process improvements.

Perform AML/financial crimes QA reviews by analyzing alerts, referrals, and open-source data; document findings, prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), and escalate when necessary. Support investigative analysts with quality assurance testing of compliance systems, processes, and documentation while applying regulatory AML requirements.

Provide account and security access support: review requests, follow up for missing information, submit system access changes, validate completions, and monitor SLAs. Work as part of a team handling user account creation, deletion, and modifications while ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.

Provide administrative and operational support to the global sales team, including quoting support, CRM database audits and maintenance, sales analytics and reporting assistance, process improvement projects, beta testing sales admin tools, and general sales administration to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.

Perform full content reviews of ~2,000 policies and WSPs for GWIM and GBAM to identify gaps. Draft, amend, gain approvals for, and publish new and revised policies and procedures. Work within corporate processes and hierarchies; leverage accounting and finance experience. JD degree is a plus.

Design and define .NET application architecture and technical standards; translate business strategy into system requirements; lead architecture components (data, application, technical); recommend and drive new technologies; mentor developers and lead small projects; ensure integrations, web standards, and distributed application solutions align to enterprise roadmap.
