Manage customer engagement for Skybox Geospatial clients, guide product use and imagery collection, capture feedback, track activities, run status calls, and use quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and NPS.

Provide administrative support for the Littoral Combat Ship Test Team: maintain calendars, arrange meetings, interface with customers, manage records and filing, archive files, record meeting minutes, coordinate test and inspection reports, maintain equipment databases/spreadsheets, use Microsoft Office to prepare correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations, and support finance/expense reporting and reconciliation.

Manage a 5-6 person mainframe IT team responsible for COBOL/Endeavor systems, partner with on/offshore vendors, plan demand/capacity for development/maintenance, oversee PI Property Suite applications, track budgets and performance, and provide HR management and leadership.
