Account Manager
Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 1 year
Description:
The Skybox Geospatial Account Specialist will engage our internal and external clients directly. This role collaborates on deliverables with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to develop and execute our customer engagement including walking clients through the use of our products, detailed attributes and product applications
Responsibilities:
- Responsive to client needs through timely product capture, deliveries and reporting
- Understanding of GIS and comfort with how to translate Geo-locations into imaging products
- Detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities
- Accountable for customer success outcomes such as NPS and retention
- Ensure customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of Skybox products and services
- Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive operational excellence in the areas of customer engagement
- Tracking client activities for follow-up
- Communicate directly to clients and answer questions via email and in person about imagery collection
- Conduct status calls with clients to measure satisfaction and address questions
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree and/or GIS certification required. Degrees in geography, business, or computer science preferred
- Comfort with technology products for use by external customers. Experience with ArcGIS or similar is preferred
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with analysis
- Strong communicator, ability to answer client questions leveraging process knowledge gained
Must Haves:
- Understanding of how to use Google Maps and how to conduct basic analysis using geospatial data
- Organized
- Strong communicator.

 Bachelors Degree and/or GIS certification required. Degrees in geography, business, or computer science preferred.

Accounting and Finance experience required. Ideal experience is mix of agency and corporate so that they know how to work within the corporate structure (processed and hierarchy).
