Supports Personal Lines Account Executives with client service, policy administration, renewals, endorsements, certificates, auto ID cards, cancellations, claims activity, premium finance notes, and agency management system updates. Training is provided to become a full Account Executive.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Treasury Management department. Coordinates with vendors and internal teams, maintains card-system quality, and provides after-hours support during major outages or updates.

Performs pre- and post-funding audits, loan document reviews, system audits, and compliance reviews. Prepares financial spreads, real estate evaluations, amortization schedules, and reports supporting lending decisions. Maintains credit and real estate files, tracks documentation exceptions, assists with resolution, supports examiners and auditors, and ensures loan compliance with bank, state, and federal regulations.

Manages daily credit and debit card program operations, including card requests, inventory, printer support, returned cards, vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation, settlements, payments, reports, and merchant incentive payouts. Provides branch telephone support, researches card-related issues, maintains portfolio records, and ensures card issuance procedures and controls are followed. Requires strong communication, critical thinking, organization, advanced Excel skills, and customer service experience.

Provide high-level administrative support including data entry, preparing reports and correspondence, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and office services, answering calls, conducting basic research, and assisting executives. May train or supervise lower-level clerical staff.

Provides high-level administrative support to a bank executive, including calendar and meeting management, travel arrangements, document preparation, expense reporting, communications, research, filing, meeting minutes, and action-item tracking. The role handles confidential C-level matters, coordinates across departments, supports executive projects and customer portfolios, manages office technology, and may train or supervise clerical staff.

Reviews and reconciles mortgage loan documents, prepares closing disclosures, coordinates borrowers and closing agents, ensures TRID and investor requirements are met, processes wires, authorizes funding, updates loan systems, and supports post-closing activities. The role also mentors and trains closers, leads process improvements, handles escalations, and protects customer and loan-file information.

Performs mortgage accounting operations, including transaction balancing, general ledger entries and reconciliations, wire request review, invoice processing, vendor W-9 coordination, and research for management, auditors, customers, and employees. The role also resolves accounting exceptions, supports accounts payable activities, and completes special projects while following established accounting procedures.

Provides customer service and sells banking products while developing commercial customer relationships. Assists with account openings, closures, transactions, loan and deposit origination and servicing, documentation, portfolio support, and customer referrals. Maintains accurate records in Horizon, handles confidential information, supports lending activities, and participates in bank outreach events. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, basic math, computer proficiency, and efficient transaction processing.

Provides customer service and sales support for personal lines insurance accounts. Assists with new account production, account retention, coverage changes, quotes, endorsements, cancellations, premium collection, and claim follow-up. Maintains accurate electronic and transactional records, documents client and carrier communications, resolves inquiries and complaints, and ensures timely processing. Requires knowledge of insurance products, rating, underwriting procedures, and applicable state licensing requirements.

Provide foreign exchange wire services to customers: quote and negotiate FX rates, create FX quotes, initiate wires through the wire transfer application, deliver bilingual customer service, ensure regulatory disclosures and accurate transaction processing, and assist FX traders.

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth international and domestic customers, support account transactions and loan processes, handle wire transfers and online banking support, log interactions in CRM, ensure BSA/AML and regulatory compliance, assist with due diligence and customer recertification, meet monthly sales goals, and participate in outreach and team activities.

The Commercial Lender is responsible for participating in the growth and success of IBC Bank through customer relations and business development in the lending segment.

Provide prompt, accurate customer service and sales of bank products; open/close accounts; process transactions; log interactions in Horizon; support loan and deposit origination and servicing; assist with collections and account issues; participate in outreach and referral programs.

The Developer creates and maintains SSRS reports and SSIS packages, updates SQL environments, and responds to error notifications while ensuring code quality and efficient work habits.
