The Commercial Lender is responsible for participating in the growth and success of IBC Bank through customer relations and business development in the lending segment.

The Account Executive Commercial Lines assists with producing new accounts and retaining existing ones, providing service and marketing support for designated accounts.

The Senior Sales Supervisor manages branch staff, develops community relationships, executes sales strategies, and ensures excellent customer service and staff retention while achieving sales goals.

The Developer creates and maintains SSRS reports and SSIS packages, updates SQL environments, and responds to error notifications while ensuring code quality and efficient work habits.

Analyze check fraud chargebacks, charge-offs, and Reg E disputes using VISA Data Manager and related systems. Produce reports, requirements, process documentation, and analytical write-ups to identify trends and recommend solutions for fraud reduction.

Lead 1-3 projects through full life cycle following IBC Project Methodology: plan, budget, schedule, allocate resources, manage risks and changes, coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate testing and UAT, report progress, and ensure on-time delivery while documenting lessons learned and stakeholder communications.

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive paid and organic acquisition. Develop social media strategy, manage online ad budgets and reporting, optimize website and Facebook for conversions, run SEO, coordinate research, and produce creative content including web and video assets.
