Teams at IBC Bank

Reviews and processes high-volume outgoing wire transfers, verifies customer instructions and transaction data, resolves exceptions, confirms approvals, communicates with bank personnel and internal teams, prepares wire-related GL entries, and maintains wire activity dashboards. Provides support regarding wire types, disclosures, corresponding-bank requirements, SWIFT codes, and beneficiary information.

Provides administrative support to the Compliance department by maintaining databases, preparing documents and reports, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence and phone calls, conducting research, and operating office equipment. May supervise clerical staff and coordinate office services. Requires strong communication, customer service, organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.

Perform pre- and post-funding loan audits, loan documentation and system reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Prepare financial reports and real estate evaluations, track exceptions, support lending officers, and provide files for auditors and examiners.
