Perform pre- and post-funding loan audits, loan documentation and system reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Prepare financial reports and real estate evaluations, track exceptions, support lending officers, and provide files for auditors and examiners.

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth international and domestic customers, support account transactions and loan processes, handle wire transfers and online banking support, log interactions in CRM, ensure BSA/AML and regulatory compliance, assist with due diligence and customer recertification, meet monthly sales goals, and participate in outreach and team activities.

Review and analyze customer transaction alerts for BSA/AML concerns, document findings, update alert statuses, and participate in training and team meetings to ensure regulatory compliance and meeting daily performance targets.
