Supports Personal Lines Account Executives with client service, policy administration, renewals, endorsements, certificates, auto ID cards, cancellations, claims activity, premium finance notes, and agency management system updates. The role processes client and carrier requests, maintains accurate policy records, prepares supplemental applications, and assists with coverage marketing. Training is provided to become a full Account Executive.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Treasury Management department. Responsibilities include maintaining databases, uploading customer agreements, responding to emails and online banking issues, preparing reports and correspondence, coordinating approvals, answering phones, conducting research, scheduling meetings, and operating office equipment.

Supports foreign operations by reviewing documentation for Mexican and other foreign business accounts, conducting account-opening searches, clearing agreement exceptions, assisting with international deposit account calls, preparing reports, and supporting sales staff. Requires accurate transaction processing, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong English and Spanish communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and a high school diploma or GED.
