The Commercial Lender is responsible for participating in the growth and success of IBC Bank through customer relations and business development in the lending segment.

Provide prompt, accurate customer service and sales of bank products; open/close accounts; process transactions; log interactions in Horizon; support loan and deposit origination and servicing; assist with collections and account issues; participate in outreach and referral programs.

Provide high-volume administrative support to one or more executives in a fast-paced, confidential environment. Manage correspondence, prepare and proofread documents and presentations, run and distribute reports, maintain records, and use MS Office. Requires strong organization, communication, independence, multitasking, and customer service skills.
